Welcome

Therapy can have an incredible effect on a person's life, their relationships, and the way they view themselves and the world.

In my work, I support you to explore and connect to your needs, feel more grounded and empowered in your boundaries, and less overwhelmed.

Rediscover your strengths and learn tools to help you on the journey toward self-love and healing.

A BIT ABOUT THERAPY

Everyone's work in therapy and the reasons for seeking support is unique. You may be seeking to have more meaningful relationships with yourself and others or even engage in more productive conversations with your partner and family members.

You may be looking to heal from the effects of traumatic experiences or reduce stress. You may be looking to deal with anxiety, panic attacks, or are simply seeking self-growth. Some people may seek therapy because they feel angry, lost, or depressed and want to live more meaningful and grounded lives.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, or mental health in general, I believe in therapeutic work that is collaborative, and as your therapist, I want to create a treatment plan that is tailored and unique to you.
